Our programs are designed to help you create a happier, healthier life based on modifying 6 key elements of health combined with the science of habit formation. Making better choices can be difficult in our rushed and hectic lives. There are constant demands for our attention, we experience  high levels of stress, poor sleep, and burnout. We are feeling less connected, unsupported, and less satisfied. Many of the diseases that affect our health today are driven by our lifestyle choices.

Focusing on what improves our health and making small improvements in each of those areas can lead to significant changes over time.

 

Six Key Elements of Health

Achieving health and wellness starts with modifying our lifestyle.
The foundations of a healthy lifestyle include:

1) Diet and good nutrition,
2) Quality sleep,
3) Stress management,
4) Social connection,
5) Exercise,
6) Meaning and Purpose.

Our programs focus on creating wellness by creating a new small healthy habit in each of these domains.

Form a Habit, Even If It's Small

Lifestyle change is difficult for everyone. Change means doing things in a different way and requires the formation of new connections or neural pathways in our brains. Doing something new and different instead of taking the old easy path of our old habits ultimately means transforming our self-perception. Changes do not happen overnight. Forming healthier habits and new set of behaviors  begins with making small, easy and rewarding changes that become a part of the new you. Our programs focuses on making small changes that can accumulate over time. 

Fibromyalgia Rehabilitation Program

Our Fibromyalgia Rehabilitation Program is almost done! We are working with LIV Integrative Health in Newport Beach, CA to develop a rehabilitation program for Fibromyalgia. The program has both an in-person and on-line portion including telemedicine for some portions of the program.

Our program will last12 weeks and it will include the evaluation and follow-up with a physician as well as mental health and group treatment, physical therapy, acupuncture, pilates, and massage. The assessment portion will last 4 weeks and our core program is planned to last for 8 week.

We are seeking 25 patients to participate in the program who are willing to give input and feedback.

 

At this time we are taking out-of-network insurance. Some portions of the program may not be covered by your insurance.

Foundations of Wellness

Nutritional Cooking

We are in the process of developing the Foundations of Wellness . This program is to guide you on how to achieve a better state of health through diet, exercise, mental health, social connection, and better sleep. Designed for people who are seeking a comprehensive program to improve their diet, exercise, sleep, social connections and stress management.

 

This program is focused on creating small changes in a group setting.
